Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ANTA account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Gear

  Place the unused products, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a secure shipping package to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
